Okay, Here's what I went with:
Flare: 4A, 5B, 6B - DMG & Force, Detonate, Improved DMG
Reave: 4A, 5A, 6A - Duration, DMG Reduction, Barriers & Armor
Carnage: First 3
Lash: 4B, 5B, 6B - Detonate, DOT, Shield Penetration
Biotic Boss: 4A, 5B, 6A - Power DMG, Power DMG, Squad Durability
Her weapons are The Geth SMG & Krogan Shotgun.
What'd you think?

I went with the extra large ****** in the character modder.

I don't even bother putting anything into Carnage regardless of my level.
Prioritization should probably be to Flare unless you are a biotic class sans Reave, in which case you might want to get that first for more rapid combos.
Lash is the next power I want to get so I can CC protected enemies. There aren't a whole lot of dangerous ones though (only two Phantoms) so if you don't like this power go ahead and skip it.
Invest in passive. As above, mainly power centric. She will have enough durability that way to survive the bomb disarm sequence with little to no micromanagement that way,
