As for the mechs, Loki Mechs are one of the most annoying units in the game.  The Assassin has a whole bunch of them, so she isn't too bad even if you just have 1 or 2 points in Hacking.  Eye for an Eye is also pretty mech heavy as well.  Then there is N7 Hahne-Kedar Facility which is all mechs.  I just go Tali and Mordin there usually.

She is the least useful on Rite of Passage and Old Blood.  I have taken her on both at least once though.

I never had much use for Tali. After Rannoch, I  never use her again.

no i took tali and garrus with my engineer on my insanity playthrough i loved sabotage and energy drain and having 2 combat drones and a flamethrower turret made it so easy
