My advice to anyone looking to get the banner. Just find one single person to friend up who has the same goal as you. The journey actually goes very fast with a partner, and is immeasurably more fun.

My epic squadmate finished his promotions a week before I did, but we were so involved pushing each other to the finish line by then that he waited until I was finished so we could set the banner at the same time. =)

On Topic: So glad I have a 1/2 day off work tomorrow. Dedicating that to nailing down the Gold solos... if I can do those, the rest is achievable. I really want this banner... can't wait to earn it.
