Hi everyone,

As promised this second guide of my Platinum speed run tutorials. This time we rock Firebase Goddess and I want to thank Bechter, Geekfest and WyldStar, members of S.p.E.c.T.r.E X and Team AreleX for making this happen. 

I go through detail what each position does on every wave, clearing spawns, where to look and a few more tips. Our time was 10:45 which is an actual record which beats the best current Team AreleX time on this map.

"I think its also appropriate now that we all know new DLC is coming up that maybe some of your games can be speed runs themselves. Why try to rocket glitch and cheat when you can play the game in so many fun legit ways? Here is another way to play."

I hope this is helpful to you guys and we have two more maps we are working on presently.

I think after that he should do one of these on Reactor. The strategy there is a lot different, as there is a lot more movement from everyone and not 3 people standing while 1 rockets. There we had 3 or 4 people each taking one per wave.

I'm still curious to see the winning Reactor strategy. Let me know if you guys need a 4th for this.

I was surprised how few runs that took to get a good time.. the game was being generous with objectives today. I'm really sort-of surprised how well that "rocket 2 spawns over and over" strategy, that I guess started with Giant, translates to other maps. I'm guessing there aren't too many maps that it wouldn't work for...

Nice job, guys. I'd like to see what you changed on the Reactor strategy too. I'll be on later if you're around to give it a run, unless you guys are happy with the 11:59 time, which I imagine you are not.

Nice, i hope this one works. The Giant Tutorial was kinda wierd on my end. Some enemys spawned before the room and my friends and i had to use 2 missles to clear that spot.
Anyway, i will try this one out tomorrow.
