Now confirmed by IGN: X-Box 'Durango' to require internet, will block used games

Edge and other media sources are confirming that the new X-Box from Microsoft, believed to be unveiled next month, will be requiring internet connection for even the most basic of services, and will be banning all used games to be played on the system via use of activation codes and hardware.

Please feel free to post the links in this thread, as I am unable to do so. The video game industry thinks they can just throw this crap at us and we will accept it. Consumer demand is really clear and the outcry and backlash is already beginning. Microsoft will not be receiving one dime from me next gen...my 360 is going to be replaced with a PS4, and if they do the same crap, I will be buying a Wii U.
