So, is it possible to make a face in the toolset and then add it to the existing prefaces? So you can do those last tweaks in the character creation tab, such as changing hair etc. Also, having to go through the entire save game face swap process every time you make a new character can be slightly annoying...

If it can be done, would anyone mind explaining how?
