Okay, so I left Lothering and went to camp. At camp I bought the rest of the Blood Armor pieces and forgot I left a quest unfinished in Lothering, so I went back. I finished that quest and went back to camp to but supplies I needed, but Maker behold! What was there? The blood Armor pieces all over again! Everything I had bought previously was there again, including the Arcane Tome. So I had two and duped it. Is this a glitch? It's a happy glitch to me!
Possible Glitch?

yeah it only happens once though its a good way to get a second back pack and a second arcane or physical book wich you can exploit of exp and mastering skills

That it is, it's one hell of a glitch though. Ican probably dupe the blood armor pieces, just not the armor

It's a glitch. But, it happens with all the "expanded" items that appear in merchant inventories. Notably, crystals for Shale will also regenerate.

I noticed that too. I think that why they put the chest plate in your inevitability in the beginning. O/W you would equip your entire party wit the ugly Dragon Armour
