No. Not side quests and so on.



But you can do DLC quests if there are some you haven't done - or if new DLC come out. And of course, when the new expansion comes out ...

No. The end of the game is the end of the game.

There is a save after the end that will allow you to play any dlc without starting a new game. But that just allows you to play the dlc. Not go back to any other locations in the game.

No.  Once you are done, you are done.  DLCs and expacs are exceptions, but otherwise no traipsing around the world.

It's fundamentally a storyline-driven game.

If you want to keep going you'll need to keep a save around from before the end of the game (DLC excluded, since the epilogue save will still let you play that). I prefer before the landsmeet personally, since that gives you maximum flexibility in making end-game choices.
