Dragon Age Origins - Invalid persona/game combination

Hi there,

I am experiencing a problem with my Dragon Age Origins Bioware Social Network personas.
For some reason I have a 2nd errant persona that is not linked to any EA ID/Screen name.
When navigating to the 'profile diagnostics' page of this persona the following error message is displayed:
Invalid persona/game combination

I have contacted EA Help about this problem but they inform me that they do not have access to the BSN back end.
Does anyone know who (or how) I can contact at Bioware to resolve this problem?

NB: I have already tried re-registering my game on BSN but it has had no effect.
