What does that tell you, YOU LOVE the overall game.
If you " hate, dislike, unhappy with " the game ........ Why are you here ? An opinion is one thing, hounding is another.
I think the main problem is this, we have had so much new content, support, weekend challenges and such like that we now think we have a right to it. We don't !
Can anyone think of a game that has broken so much " new " ground across single, multiplayer gaming...... Across three titles. No wounded in has " room for tweaking " and it has had that.
What makes me excited is this:
You take all that tweaking, learning from the last YEAR and use it in a new game...... ME4 !
What the hell can they do next ?
Thanks
Edi.

The only three reasons I play it is its ME themed, online, and has a variety of characters. Beyond that just about everything about this game is a joke and I hope bioware are truly ashamed of how fast their games depreciate in value these days. It speaks volumes when Skyrim came out months before and costs almost three times as much.
The NWN model is what they should have stuck with and for one refuse to waste 60 bucks on another of their games when it'll be practically free in year. Hell I pay as much for games they made a decade or more ago as I can for ME3. Also the lack of DLC packed into reboxed ME or DA games along with the ME3 store setup just disgusts me.

The game has plenty of bugs but even so it's adictive as hell and we are gonna get very soon another huge DLC that probably will be the last, and I am sure BW will go with a bang on this subject..............
PS:My only hope is that BW gets rid of the weekend ops once and for all so we can get the promo weapons at the store like the rest of the guns

The devs have supported it superbly through the year, always keeping it fresh and engaging - and all for nothing. I don't fool myself into believing it will last forever, but I for one am hugely greatful for what the dev teams have given us. That they want to speak to us on the forums is another big plus.

Mp-Ryan, that's because most MP gams are PC only...It costs Valve nothing to update a game anytime they find a bug...
Sony and MS charge EA/Bioware 40k for each patch....We've had 5 patches for each console I believe, the first patch both Sony and MS give for free...which means that Bioware/EA has had to spend $320K
(Anyone want to double check my math...pretty sure I'm right though).
That's not paying the actual people doing the testing/coding..that's just pure money they had to give Sony/MS.
In the future I hope Bioware takes advantage of free PC updates to shake out the bugs in their patches. It took like what, 3 patches and 6 months to finally fix the ULM bug? Almost every time the community was able to determine that it was still not working almost immediately.
I'd guess that part why this didn't happen might have to do w/ architectural decisions (people playing with diferent versions, DLC don't seem to be able to talk to each other) that well, hopefully that's different next time. Having a beta program to get realworld telemetry/testing would probably help too and I'm sure lots of BSNer would jupm at the chance.
It also seems like there was a lot of legacy/hairy code being passed around different teams w/ lots of code archaelogy going on to fix various damage/interaction bugs - that's the only reasonable explanation I can imagine of at least to why some things that seem like they should have been super straight forward ended up being so tricky to fix...
While I'm very appreciative of the continued support and content that's been offered, and like others that are still playing it a year later, I've been pleasantly surprised and impressed by all that the team has done, it seems like it the reception/longevity could have been even better if the devs were able to have been more aggressive in ironing out a lot of the more serious issues earlier (remember, it took 6mo for 1.04 to come up, which fixed the Vanguard and many other lag/net issues; in between that time, dev participation in the forums was few and far between (probably mostly due to the SP response, admittedly...).

ME3 has the best support I've ever seen in a game. Free DLCs and devs on the forum every day. Sure there are bugs but the more egregious ones have been quashed and I can live with the remainder. For a first attempt at MP, this is truly outstanding.
This!
And also I agree with the person who said even with the hell bent negative stance, they are still here? I think (kinda like the SP ending) love or hate, it just shows how much everyone ACTUALLY CARES about ME.
It's a god damned great game, is it perfect? hahahaha of course bloody not, show me a perfect game, a perfect person, a perfect world.... You get the idea.
I'm happy to promote to the ME series and ME3 MP to anyone who'll give me the time to listen.

methinks this is the first mp game you really played
I could throw a controller at my game library and not hit a game with as many bugs as ME3. Which is a bit of a feat considering I have 112 games in my trophy list. And that's only the games I've owned on PS3.
I don't like quoting Bryan with such a negative post right after he got back. He was unfairly dogpiled before, but I just wanted to address the statement. Most games don't get a year of support because they don't need it.
Oh really.
I bet you have no idea what are you talking about. But that is OK there are many people like you on any game forum always complaining about all the "game breaking bugs".
My friend if you want to see a buggy game try IL2 Sturmovik Cliffs of Dover and you will **** bricks.
Even TF2 had hundreds of bugs and exploits that are mostly fixed now, on PC that is, as Valve cannot update it on consoles. And every single patch and update is guaranteed to break something. You cannot possibly squash all bugs before release no matter what.

Dear lord...Do you even know who made NWN?nicethugbert wrote...
Anybody who say that ME3 gets a lot of support has not heard of Neverwinter Nights. Please google it.
Say NWN had more unline support islike say DA:O has more dlc then ME2.
NWN was made by bw....Who also made ME3MP. It's a pro to the fact ME3 MP willbe support for a great while being that the same company made the game.
Added, NWN was made so that it can beplayer modified.
Bring up nwn is mute.

On the upside i think the popularity of ME3 mp could warrant a yearly stand alone title.
I could really go for that especially when you consider how many new maps and other things can be created when a budget is not split to put 2 separate games in one title (ME3 single and multiplayer)
It would be awesome if you could take some things with you from the Me3 manifest.

Please no, that would be an awful thing to do, releasing almost the same game every year might be profitable for COD, but it result in mostly mediocre games.

They're using the Frostbite 2 engine for ME4.
Maybe we'll see Battlefield-scale maps or games come into play?

Maybe we'll see Battlefield-scale maps or games come into play?
That was the first thing that came in my mind when I heard about it:? *shivers*

Yep, EA killed ME3MP for me, literally. Main menu shows I need to redeem online pass.

Unless you got a second hand copy, the pass should be in your game package.
If you do have a second hand copy, IT IS WORTH THE MS POINTS!!

Bryan, I just want to say thank you for the wonderful job you and the team are doing with this multiplayer. ME3 is the 2012 game of the year in my book for the MP alone - not to beat a dead horse, but the SP campaign was such a mess, I thought nothing would be able to save this game for me. You did that, and continue to do - it's truly amazing how much care and support it gets. Please keep on keeping on, and we'll be (well, some of us) playing as long as the servers are alive.Bryan Johnson wrote...

+1
I will play to ME3 till the end, and that day, when there will be no one on line except me, or when EA will close the servers, it will be a really sad day...
thanks for the hundreds of pure emotional hours ME3 gave to us

Bryan, the support for this game has been pretty much the best I have seen. You guys can be proud of your work! Yes, no game lives forever but I know you wont just leave ME3 high and dry. Thats not how Bioware work, weel at least not from what I have seen.
Relax people
