Is there a list of good weapon/ammo combos?
Like what kind of ammo should I use with a Claymore? How about a Reegar?

No there is no list you use what you feel will work best(at least if there is a list its hidding it from me)

Depends on what kit you are using and against unknown/unknown or set types.
Typical ammo type for Claymore is AP or Drill rounds
Typical ammo for Reegar is Incendiary
