Missed the first 3 since I'm PS3. Finished my manifest on the Sunday before N7 day though and was happy to get a Valkyrie in my free pack, which technically makes it 2.

I didnt get me3 until October - so missed every task up until then, and completed every one since...

I missed one. However, I think I didn't get credit for either 1 or 2 more because of bugs/failures at EA where my login setup got corrupted. Took them a month or two before events started registering, and I failed to get it taken care of soon enough on a couple.
