Then I got back to ME3, and there was challenges.
Plus there was the time they didn't have them on PS3.
So I've probably missed 50 or so.

Go to your N7HQ and click on challenges, scroll to the bottom anything that isn't lit up  = missed

Missed quite a few, and several cuz I was in the hospital and afterward when I was unable to get out of bed (back/sciatica nerve issues). Really wish they'd only show what we actually completed and not show the greyed out ones we missed.

I've had the game since launch, but trying to get a Bachelor's of Engineering in Biomedical & Mechanical Engineering takes up a lot of my time lol.

I did the majority of them, but some didn't give me the pack, and the emblem never lit up for me

EDIT: I missed 9. I think 3 of those I completed but never lit up.

Every one of them from launch till November 9th. Was intent on playing MP from the get go, but since Sony and Biower decided to troll PS3 users for the first few weeks I just said **** it and gave up.

Only done 17 so far so I've missed a fair few. The last place I stayed at had internet which was perfectly fine but ME3 kept having that known disconnect problem where I couldn't complete any matches but maybe 1/10 so I gave up on the ME3 MP till I moved, even now it still does the disconnect problem but its not as common.

Specifically, I've missed 23. I got lucky with Operation Alamo, though. I inadvertently completed it when I got Firebase Condor on a U/U search and I lived. Ever since then I haven't missed one yet, and I don't plan on changing that if I can help it.

Haven't missed any yet. I almost missed one last July, but it got rescheduled.

I'm on track to make it as far as the one-year anniversary with all challenges.

That said, perhaps a banner for completing all challenges up to a certain point could be pretty cool.

I only missed the first two, but, unfortunately, the following three (Resurgence, Exorcist, and Silencer) I've not been able to light up.
If I remember correctly, OP Exorcist failed (the community challenge was to take down a large number of Banshees), therefore no victory packs were granted. I think I also had some difficulties receiving commendation packs...

So, actually two, but five according to my manifest.

I caught every one that I could. If I didn't get it, it's because I was out of town or doing band stuff.

I was on tour for three weeks in the states... I should've brought my laptop....

EDIT: When I migrated to PC, I couldn't finish one challenge on a count of not having the proper race to complete said challenge.  I think it was Valkirye, the one where you had to do something with an Asari.  At the time, I didn't have any Asari characters.

i actually missed like five or ten of them, not sure.. but that's what happened because i was in bed sick for like, 4-6 months and it took me long time to get better. i honestly don't even remember how long i was out for. but the family accounts from my mother told me what went on while i was out. they said i even might not remember after being sick for while. sure, i really don't remember which operation i was originally wanted to do but eh.. yeah.

I did them all but Exorcist isnt marked as completed.
That was the weekend I was having Comcast internet issues and even though I completed the challenge multiple times, it was never recorded I guess.
Im missing n7 promo weapons because there were packs I just forgot to redeem lol. Like the first pack from the first op. I was such a noob then.
So technically all the challenges! I haz them but n7hq says I missed one.

I did them all. Somehow my vacations and other trips coincided with No-Ops weekends. The only one that I was away for required extraction with an earth character. Bronze, with a demolisher on a below minimum spec laptop did the trick (and then promptly crashed). Arc grenades FTW.

My profile says 8, however I completed resurgence through sheildwall and it doesn't show... I missed the first two due to not having the money for the Game (was on workers comp at the time) and I missed Olympus and Alloy due to Robbery. (any chance we could fix this Devs? I'm not wanting any rewards...just the flag changed

Only missing three. Those three are the first three that were not available for PS3 users to participate in, even though I still performed the challenges for the sake of doing them.

So, for the record, I have done every one to date that PS3 users could... save for this weekend, which I shall tackle tomorrow.
