[Gunboat Diplomat]

Yesterday all Quarian PUGs were everywhere... I did a Gold PUG with FQI, then a Silver PUG with MQI and then a few Bronze waves solo.

Going the gold Pug route seemed the longest way to complete it from the posts I've read here. Good teams make it more difficult to finish quick, that's why I went the solo route myself.

It's not only that.  Not enough troppers spawn on higher difficulties.  I have a friend who only plays platinum (you know who you are) and this challenge will take him forever if he continues to be a DB about lower difficulties. 

Damn only Platinum, hardcore but yep it will take awhile going this route.

So did you play with friends, Pugs or solo'd it?

I solo'd with a lvl 4 Quarian Male Infiltrator.

It took one bronze game as I didn't worry about the wave 3/6/10 objectives until I killed a bunch of troopers. By end of wave 3 I had over 20k points in Troopers. Lol. This challenge was easy.

I dont really play quarians so was a bit of a learning curve. Played several (3?) silver matches with 2 friends +1 pug, with the FQE and then MQI. They got theirs finished, I got 98% of mine done. So I did a bronze duo, got it finished in wave one using Arc Grenade spam!

Wasn't as bad as I feared.

Yeah, Arc Grenade for the win! I like getting three kill streaks by end of wave 2.

The people in some threads were complaining that the troopers weren't worth enough points and that the challenge was going to take too long. I pointed out that you can do it in one bronze game. Seems like many people take the difficulty they play on too seriously. It took less than 10 mins for me to finish. I dont understand those who can't bring themselves to play bronze or silver to complete a challenge. Its not like they can't go back to playing a higher difficulty.

i cant speak for Crimson, but i do believe most of us like to solo correct? perhaps we like to challenge ourselves and have a partner to see how fast we can finish together.

lol its an inside joke from a while ago. (inside joke for me that is, idk if Mr.Crapper remembers tho)

its from when i posted about me bending down to swat a spider away because im a female quarian and i hate those damn spiders..

and Mr. Crapper said that  i just want attention because hes seen me on several occasions tie my shoes, yet i have no laces. he can see through my little scheme so he keeps an eye on me and watches his chit very closely.

Started a U/G/S solo and thought I'd be done by the end of the match. There I was spamming arc nades and blowing metal heads with my Carnifex mid-wave 1 when 3 randoms landed in the map. Heck, I forgot to set my lobby to private. The randoms were good and charming enough so I couldn't leave. Took me over 4 games with them to get the 50k points but it fas fun, never deployed a Quarian before, now I think I like them.

I was lucky enough to have ONE Quarian. A Female Infiltrator. I just used her for several silver games, spammed Sabotage on any Geth I ran into, and just started popping Geth heads with my Valiant. It was glorius. I might actually like the Quarian better than the Salarian right now, simply because Sabotage makes them stand still rather than arching their backs like Energy Drain.

Got my second Valiant as a result.
