OP, if you ever gave any specifics, perhaps there could be debate. your argument contains opinion without supporting facts. it's shallow. try harder next time.

OP I can play this game with my wife. I don't think she would last three seconds on Call of Duty. I personally find the game to be flustrating. Mass Effect 3 may be buggy but with three other friends the game is a blast. You don't have to be the best player in the world to enjoy it. It's not built to be the cutthroat competive game Call of Duty is and I like that.

I'm surprised you did not mention any MOBAs in your title. A game like League of Legends has miles more depth than Call of Duty and gets more attention in the PC gaming realm.

Of course it does, I was just naming a game that ME3 has blatantly ripped off, with spec ops for MW3 being a similar mode. You are a 100% correct on this one.

Because there hasn't been other games that did Horde Mode before GOW
/sarcasm

RE4 does not exsist?

Mercenaries mode isnt exactly a team based horde mode but nice try. Thank you, and 5 at least added co-op which made it slightly better. You are right though, Mercenaries is much better than ME3 multi

Horde mode is basicly just a map with you facing near endless waves of enemies. It matter not if it's mp or not.
Understand what it is first before defining it. Heck, it's noteven exclsive to shooters ether.
RE4 mercenaries is a horde mode.

He prolly doesn't know CliffyB loves RE4 and was heavily inspired by it when making GoW =]

This troll attempt is so bad that I almost feel compelled to post an idiotic picture before the lockdown.

OT: I actually am a slave in a secret BioWare facility. They make us play this game all day, err' day.

It still basically

HORDE MODE

please don't change the subject and don't avoid it.

Adding 'team', doesn't make the game has something New. IT seems you really want to defend GoW pretty hard in here, but you've got the wrong place.

It is to an extent. But these people tell me ME3 is not horde mode. Im confused how its not and also it is incredulous that you guys think its so deep and clever, when clearly past games including RE have done it much better.

"Warning people not toget this game" ?

Everyone here in this forum HAS TO HAVE BOUGHT IT ALREADY. Your logic is flawed.

Clearly you are just butthurt about something and are seeking out drama. Grow the f*** up

So I've not played the new GoW.

Did they actually do anything new with their horde mode?

They added buildable fortifications. Yup that about sums it up. It was pretty fun though.

And challenges that dropped you a cache of supplies if you completed them in the allotted time/ wave, something ME3 also emulated at the end of each operation. Horde mode is also much more difficult and challenging than anything ME3 multi has to offer, so good luck getting to 50 on insane in your first try or your 50th without using some kind of boosted skill that GoW also added to the Horde Mode. They also added Beast mode which is Horde in reverse so dont forget that either.

What does Beast Mode remind you of? Gee:

If you don't like it, don't play, and don't post here crapping on those that do.

Its hilarious how much it bothers you that others like this game.

Guys, your first mistake is trying to reason with someone who doesn't mean to reason. OP is here for attention, to prove he's smart to his parents through writing, to not feel so alone.

You're wasting your time.

You do know RE4 Mercinary mode did weopon drops first.

And Geow is just endless shooting with the same character in different skins.

You don't have to play the competitive mode of Call of Duty. Play Zombies or Spec-Ops, which I just feel is way more varied and less predictable than ME3 multi. Im NOT comparing ME3 multi with the competitive modes of the games I have listed, just the ones that share the same "horde" concept.

Gosh it's like arguing about politics in here... Look, nobody's going to accomplish anything here. It's obvious that he enjoys his games, and we enjoy ours. Presenting logical arguments to the OP isn't going to change that. His only error was looking for a fight here, just don't give it to him. Let the thread die. Once the attention is lost the OP will go back to their games and this pointless thread can disappear.

Honesty I like MEMP coz it's far more diverse than other games in terms of rosters. Most are just human human human human. And lots are just sausagefests, or cram women into virtual non-combatant roles as medics which irritates me to no end, and is a big turn-off.

MEMP is co-op with interesting powers, and interesting characters and doesn't do much to spur on the worst in people like a lot of other multiplayer games. The rewards are fairly even in credits, though the packs bought with those credits are another story.

Frankly I'm sick of PvP, and all the petty people on it that only look out for themselves, and trample on team players, target the noobs, and newbs, scream for nerfs on what ever interferes with their fun, and so on.

Some honest Co-op is a breath of fresh air.

Further the multiplayer is attached to one of the greatest gaming trilogies, and I've oft pined for a way to keep the guns blazing after my Fem-Shep's saved the galaxy.

P.S. the continued support, and dev interaction kicks the crap out of a lot of other companies that fire and forget their game. <.<

Zombies is less predictable than ME3? I weep for you. All you need to do is rape-train the zombies behind you, turn around and shoot them, reload and keep running around in circles.

Mass effect is characters with different skins, this doesnt change the fact that ME3 clearly is a dumbed down version of Gears of War horde mode. Just because RE4 did it first means nothing. GoW is the horde mode that these developers have tried to capitilize on. As soon as it appeared in GoW2, games began including it. And you do know its a known fact that RE4 was a huge influence on the dev of GoW. I dont see how this changes the ****tiness of ME3 multi

Does GoW has Objective Mission like ME3MP?

That one of plus point of ME3 MP

Does GoW teach you well how to work as REAL teammates?

Does GoW teach you how to SYNC well with your friends when doing combo?

DOes GoW has character which can Jump through Wall?

Does GoW has character which has personal ability to see through wall and increase the weapon damage?
