Why is there no distinctive sound-effect for Tech Bursts?
The shattering plate-glass sound-effect of Cryo Explosions is potent and dramatic, the deeply-pitched punch of Fire Explosions is equally powerful, and the resonant boom-clap of Biotic Explosions is, by far, the best sound-effect in ME3 (in my opinion).
I have carefully listened many times: using Level 4 Disruptor Rounds, I shoot an enemy; I wait for the enemy to do the "Stun Dance," and then I zap the enemy with Overload. There is a spectacular lightning-blast, but there is no sound-effect that is equivalent to the sound-effects of the other three Power Combinations.
BioWare, please add a powerful sound-effect to the Tech Burst!

No there isn't. There's maybe a little bit of electricity curving around the enemy's foot and that's about it. If you're on a team with anyone that has tech powers you're basically never going to be able to detect TBs going off except by paying attention to the kill feed.
