Another personal favorite is the Cerberus Assault Troopers who shout "We've got wounded!" shortly after blowing their head off. Apparently getting your head blown off is just a flesh wound.

A quarian saying boshtet with they're dying breath to the face of a synchkilling enemy.
Also when playing Infiltrator, love that teamates say headshot when enemies head explodes from a javelin shot

Anything the N7 characters say when they revive someone. Especially when you're controlling the Destroyer, as he doesn't seem thrilled at having to pick up the proverbial weaker beings.
