 Hi guys,

I have enjoyed ME1, and just started up 2. (on PC)

In a youtube vid I noticed a nice black dress on Shephard, but I cannot find it in the game.
Is it a DLC item? Or a pc-mod item?    Please help.

It's in the Kasumi DLC.

And when you download it, is the dress available immediately?

...and Kasumi, she's also a squad member, correct?

Stolen Memory, if I recall, and yes she is a squadmate. The dress (and its male version) are available once you recruit Kasumi, though recruiting her is just a matter of meeting her on the Citadel.

I could have sworn it was after recruitment, and Kasumi does say she's taken the liberty of passing evening wear for you when you first meet to recruit her. At that point I thought it was available in your cabin on the Normandy, but I'd need to start a new game to check and I won't have time for days.
