During my latest playthrough, while scanning the Attican Beta, Hercules, Eletania. I found the interferometric array, which in its description says it will allow the Cruicible to pinpoint the exact location of each Reaper once activiated.
Wouldn't that allow it pinpoint its energy to exact places to that it won't affect anything but the Reapers? Especially if the destroy ending is chosen

The problem is: the Geth and EDI have Reaper code in them, the Geth it was given to them by Legion and EDI was made from parts recovered from Sovereign. So there would still be casualties.

No, because the Crucible's energy is released in a sphere. It hits everything.
