It covers most, but not 100% of the games bugs/issues. But newer players or players new to the forums may benefit from reading through it.

A: We take all major credit cards to purchase Bioware Points. These can be used to get PSPs and thus speed you along into the game!
....
Also, that pays for more content and I like more content.

Q: on Playstation 3 my game gets stuck in the starting-menu checking downloadable content?
A: follow the steps below:
- turn on PS3, with auto logon DISABLED (or logout of PSN)
- start ME3
- press Start button at screen
- you will get to the main menu where it checks DLC and save data
* this is when it will re-check DLC and get stuck, if you don't log out of PSN first *
- then main menu pops up
- select multiplayer and X
- it will now ask to log into PSN and start EA server connection
- into multiplayer menu
Q: my Playstation completely freezes playing Collectors, how do I fix this?
A: short answer is no fix. But rebooting your PS3 every hour or so may help, also try turning down the in-game brightness to -2. Last option is to choose specific enemy factions, and avoid Collectors.
Q: i keep having disconnection problems on my Playstation 3?

How many balls do Krogan have?
Seriosuly though:
Q: I'm being kicked out of every lobby I join. Why?
A: You're probably trying a higher difficulty than your rank suggests you could take on. Or your weapons and or equipment are just not enough.

One good workaround I've found for that bug is to exit out of the character and into another, then go back to it and the excessive number of powers points should be back to normal.

How to fix common problems like DLC couldn't be found on disk, what to do when certain maps just crash when you try to play on them.
Answers would be: restart the game/redownload the dlc.
How to deal with cheaters? Report them.
Which pack to buy, when you want a certain kind of item.

Next weapons and mods: put the peculiarities of the GPS vs Armour in the weapon description for instance - and flag up that equipping the Shredder mod will have no effect. Do the same sort of thing for all the weapons that could use clarification such as the armour piercing data for the Typhoon.
Alter some of the weirder descriptions - I never used to spec Cluster Grenades for Damage Combo as it reads something like "Increase damage to LIFTED targets by 100%" (or whatever) when it's actually affected by any biotic priming.
Unfortunately the localisation files are stored locally I'd guess so these changes would require a patch - and since the values can change through balance updates the information would go out-of-date (and need patching again) every time a balance update affected these things? If that's the case then having this information (or links to a guide) in the FAQ would be the next best thing.
The FAQ should probably culminate in a list of useful guides (Cyonan for game mechanics for instance, or Crimson Vanguard's build thread - stuff like that).

A: In game text chat is not supported
Q: Can I enable text chat for PC by modding my files?
A: No, this is a bannable offense
Q: What does "PUG" mean and why is do some people have such strong feelings about it?
A: "PUG" is an MMO term carried over to ME3 MP, meaning "Pick Up Group." It is a group of random players playing the same game. It can be a charged term because players have no prior experience playing together and can either lead to a good game or a catastrophic failure.
