This was probably dicsussed before in the arrival thread, but i'm not about to hunt for this.
This has bothered me the most.
Why did Kenson tell me about the plot to destroy the mass relay and actually bring me there when she was indoctrinated and didn't want to destroy the relay. She should just have said thank you and be on her way. I would've been on my way.
The only possible explanation is she wanted to offer shepard up to the reapers, but then why even explain the plan to destroy a mass relay?
