i brough the dragon age ultimate a few month ago but i just open it annd try to install it today, but it keep freeing at 22.3% then after few minute it say install fail, i try to do it over and over but it still happen, does anyone know how to fix this, i already registar the game but it still happen

As far as I'm aware, you should try asking your question here:

You need your Origin account to access the above site.

You might have to completely restart the computer and the installation. It might also be that the disc (or discs?) is damaged.

If I remember right... I actually had that same problem, but for me letting the installer go for a long time fixed it.

Maybe you can try to register the key to Origin then download the game from Origin instead of using your dvd.
