I just saved Connor by having Morrigan enter the Fade to defeat the desire demon. Isodle is sacrificed in the process. However the Codex updates after the demon is defeated to say the Circle of Magi saved the boy Connor and his mother Isolde!

Is this a known bug? I'm using the latest updated  Steam PC version.
