Balance changes only 2 weeks, yet the size of the changes gets smaller.
I will give it to them, the change for biotic charge is interesting, and the hydraulic joints buff is actually sizeable enough to make me consider it for melee builds again.
Other than that, especially the damage buff for CSR makes me sad. Damage isn't the matter with the weapon. The problem is its limited range and a scope that is made for long range combat due to its considerable zoom. But I guess that could only be addressed by a patch, so Bioware is stuck with a damage buff.

50% chance for not triggering a cooldown! I hop I will soon get a respec card to try it out on the Phoenix. (Though sacrificing 50% of my barrier might be a high price.)
The CSR was very good before as well, now it's even better. However, probably from now on I cannot be a CSR hipster because everyone will use it now ;(

It's evo 6A. Detonating AF gets a 65% damage bonus instead of the previous 50%. I still take the duration and drain evo any day of the week and twice on sunday.
6A increases AF's detonating damage? I thought it only increases AF's DOT.
Edit: Nvm, just figured out you meant the blast damage.

What's wrong with that? While I do think incisor's buff was unneeded, it was more due to how it was buffed rather than that it was buffed at all.
In fact, because of power creep, and because the metagame/devs have decided that the dlc weapons are to be the baseline, it makes more sense than the launch weapons need to be rebalanced now than at launch...

Yep. I mean honestly, who at BW thought that of all the things in this game that needed balancing, the biotic charge evo desperately needed attention?
There are huge, glaring balance problems in this game. Changes like this show that at this point in time, BW isn't interested in making the big changes needed but rather tiny tweaks that are ultimately meaningless.
Queue people telling me I'm ungrateful and that these balance changes are amazing

The biotic charge change is something that even was asked on this forum, since that evolution is just so uninteresting. Anyway, I think that the metrics are to blame here, this evolutions, weapons and equipments probably are almost never choosed by players, after all, only Bioware actually know what the players actually use or not.
