Why does BW stubbornly refuse to buff all the crap AR's?

i have my CSR10 since its DLC had hit - and never thought of it as a weak damage output weapon just by using it alone (do not used it much further because of its obvious 2 problem combo of range cap and deep-in zoom, you know) 
- but one thing made me wonder after i saw its damage stats and was calculating - and then tried it again:

 i expected it to deal 45X the listed damage per shot plus all the bonus damage per shot i had put on it, but it seems to always only dish out at best half the damage i thought it would be supposed to deal - what still would not be weak output for that little time it needs to deal this, but - what have i not understood with the CSR's mechanics, can sombody answer me this please? 
i am curios about this one.  
 
P.S.: 
like i say after all of this balance changes: no collector nerfs for bronze difficulty like scion spawn cap set for 2 per wave means bad balance change day as a whole difficulty level remains brokenly unbalanced 
(i think devs even stated that their numbers back this up in one of the threads about either collectors or difficulty increase since that DLC had hit! so what are you waiting for with this? christmas?) - of course this imbalance is just for the ones without the DLC freeze-issue that hit them with this DLC, cuz like this it is the only faction they cannot loose against whatsoever, muhahaha :(

omg they buffed things. I am baffled by this they didn't beat up on the acolyte this week either. I am a bit scared no telling what till happen next week. They are gonna totally delete the Reegar

so did no one else notice this?  Is it typical for them to make "ninja" changes without listing them?  Am i the only one that still uses the supply pylon? (probably)

Well, My infiltrator with a collector sniper rifle already rules the battlefield. Glad to get even more power!

All the sniper rifles in the game need a buff between 15 and 20 %, until then they are really weak. On platinum, except the Javelin, Indra if you are using a volus and maybe the black widow, they are almost useless. Raptor is a good weapon but if you are using it you will get tired of it in 3 waves unless you are using a rapidfire controller that does the work for you. Incisor is one of the 5 worst weapons in the game along the shuriken, katana,argus and collector SMG.

No fix for geth? Why bother? Worthless update, quit fiddling with this crap and fix things that actually need fixing. Until then don't waste our time.

The Collector faction seems way overpowered compared to other enemy classes. Scions are definitely the worst culprit.

Might be time to break out the CSR again, then. Wish there was something like the SMG Heat Sink for snipers, though. That thing runs out of juice waaaay too fast for me, even at 10.

well yeah collectors are OP, but geth are BROKEN, there's a difference

scions don't shoot while staggered. hunters do.

scions don't randomly shoot twice. rocket troopers do.

that was just embarrassing, the ENTIRE class WAS USELESS if you picked the wrong upgrade

so about the biotic charge change... something I haven"t been able to figure out... does evo 5a on stasis apply to all powers or just stasis? I would swear I remember getting a free power after a warp on the asari adept but have been reading from others that this is not the case. The answer rather determines wether I respec my asari vanguard.

hey, how about we stop losing our consumables when your stupid servers kick us off. mabey you can work that in sometime in the next 4-5 years, dont wanna rush you, games only been out about a year now.

I believe it has something to do with the game thinking you "quit" (like cutting the power to your system or modem). It would totally be abused/rage quits galore, think about it.

Well if you quit you dont get credits, so i dont see how it would be abused. Right now its set up to make you lose your consumables that you spent credits on, but doesnt give you credits even for objectives you did. So its a lose/lose in an attempt to get people to buy bioware points out of frustration.

I hope they at least fix the spawn issue. I mean really, how ridiculous is it to have a enemy spawn between you and a squadmate on even the biggest most open maps when you two are less than 5 feet apart and are the only two playing. This is the thing bugging me most right now.

Geth are a mess. They cheat like crazy. The bombers are the most bs unit right now because it is the best melee unit which seems kind of a joke on us to me.

Collectors are bugged like crazy and they are op. They move faster than other factions and have dangerous units even at the lowest level, as in as dangerous as other factions better units.

Abominations and Husks are the strongest enemy units of all of them, ROFL. They can grab a Krogan out of charge or out of heavy melee attack or they can forcibly turn around krogans or batarians as if they were nothing more than butterflies.

I do not know any one that plays Geth much anymore and everyone used to play them the most. This was because they did not have a sync kill which itself is either bugged or a cheat move since, it does not matter if you really are fast enough to dodge the sync kill attack because the ENEMY always gets calls in their favor. I used to say it was only close calls, but dang, even when the call is no where near close for things such as a sync kill move it goes against players.

The time delay element in the game is one of the most ridiculous things the mp game has. It is artificial. It often makes players feel like they are not playing or someone else is at the controls when it gets really bad. I have never had as much trouble with respect to reflex and control response time in this game compared to all other games I ever played. It is biased against players. How many times do you have to hit X more than once to get a reaction? Or have biotic charge ready to use and still you hit the button to use it 4 or 5 times before finally it does or it just takes an extraordinarily long amount of time before it registers and activates.

It would be abused in a way to say "My team is not doing well, I've used 3 Medigel and I don't wanna lose my Cyclonic IV, AP IV, etc. therefore, I quit on wave 4".
