M-98 Widow
Makes me think of Instant Gib from Unreal Turnament, except I can get up to 3 kills in one bullet. My precious.

The Claymore and Javelin are my 2 favorite guns for sure. I like guns that obliterate in 1 shot - no need for extended fire.

They either buffed it like crazy or I never really gave the gun a chance.
A bit of both I think.
This. The buffs to it have increased its potential dramatically, but it was never a bad gun to start with.

The one gun I am never without is the talon. Other than that, depending on circumstance, the javelin is irreplaceable. I use the harrier a lot, but I don't consider it irreplaceable...just happens to be a perfect fit for a lot of unknown situations.

I'm working on the Arc Pistol challenge right now, and am absolutely loving it; I can't believe I've been ignoring it all this time.
The Incisor was another nice surprise. Before I did the challenge for it, I believed all the bad press it got on BSN; now, I consider it and my Quarian Marksman to be a match made in heaven.

Black Widow- i feel sorry for her... ENEMIES
Seriously though, excelent sniper rifle kickback adds pleasent realistic flavor to it.

I only enjoy a few guns in this game, sadly.
Harrier - call it a crutch gun or whatevs. When you have to carry the team, you want this gun.
Reegar - when you absolutely, positively have to kill every mother frigger in the room
Black Widow - If you run you'll only die tired.
Valiant - Never knew what hit them.

Two of my favourites are the Crusader and the Incisor.
The Crusader is just so damn flexible as both a shotty and a sniper rifle (it is a bit heavy), but I've done well in all levels from Bronze to Gold using it on a vanguard.
The Incisor is an absolute blast against Geth. I admit it's a bit underpowered for Gold, but it's bags of fun in Silver. Very low weight, high ROF, quick reload. And for some reason I can't figure, it will take down a Prime very quickly (when fitted with barrel, pierce, and armour ammo 1).

Instantly fell in love with that brick.
Also Argus in SP, the MP version is a bit lackluster though.

I have loved the Mattock (call her Vera) since me2, and the Scorpion since i saw it demonstrated on the sp demo level. Chuuunks, chuuunks everywhere, muhahaha. Also tried Indra for 1st time last night. It was love at first kill. The weight, the scope, the accuracy, the fire rate. She's fabulous. I'm gonna hafta give her a name. River I think. Light, fast, deadly.

The Widow.
I know a lot of people prefer the Black Widow, three shots are better than one and all that, but there is something very...satisfying about practically one-shotting everything short of a boss unit (well, the proxy mine/tactical scan may also help, a little bit). You've got range, innate cover penetration and a LOT of power. And since I mostly play off-host, it tends to be better for my characters than the Javelin or Kishock.
