What usually gets you when switching from one class to another? For me usually the biggest thing is when I go from a character who can't dodge to one who can, I spend at least  the first half the game not dodging and getting missled, Banshee orbed, etc.

Then there was the time I switched from Batguard to Drellguard, and tried to do my charge+heavy melee, it didn't work out so well...

Going from a tanky Krogan to a squishy Drell takes a little getting used to. I forget that you can't stand in the open anymore and need to run around instead.

Going from geth trooper to vorcha sentinel. I'm constantly turning on and off bloodlust when attempting to use flamer.

The only problem I really run into is reload canceling. I use the do-everything button (A on Xbox) to RC on dodge-less character, which leads to rolling/jetpacking right into the face of a target when I switch to a more agile character from, say, a krogan or Tsent. Usually doesnt take more than a wave or two to adjust, but it can be annoying.

I don't play the Justicar often because casting the sphere instead of reave gets me killed. I can never get used to it.

Going between the Fury and TGI recently has been difficult - you get so used to being able to DC everything and blink across the map to safety, and then Overload just seems so puny in comparison....and you forget you have stim packs because you're so used to blinking to stay alive... *flail*

The cause of me almost always being downed on wave 1. The other cause is stupidity...

I never play two games in sequence using the same character. After a while you get used to changing and becomes good with whatever character you are using.

My worst are when changing from Ghost or Vanguard to anything... "Oh, no shields, better use a stim pack/charge. What the..... OOOHH!!!!!!!!"
