Changing variables in a mod

Okay, so here's the deal: I'm working on compiling a finalized modlist for my DA:O campaign, and I've run into a few annoyances with certain mods that, while not game-breaking, are things I would like to fix. The mods in question are these two:

"Grey Wardens of Ferelden"

I'm also using "Improved Atmosphere v1.3."
The problem I need to sort out is that the armors from both of these mods have no Strength requirement, even though they do possess material types and they are all classified into armor types. I find it to be a bit odd that my elven mage can throw on Alistair's heavy Warden armor the moment they meet up. Also, Alistair's "Warden's Oath" has been removed, which was added to him in IA. I've been playing around in the toolset a bit, and I have experience with TES modding, so I'm pretty sure that these things are within my capability to fix...I just need a DA mod guru to point me to which files to open and edit to add back strength requirements and Alistair's amulet and so-forth. I'm unfamiliar with the file-types listed so I really don't know which ones need editing. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Mod requests and anything mod related belong in the toolset forum, you'll have better luck, if any, asking there. This forum is for creative creations not game modification. :)
