My all time favorite kits are the Geth and Turian infiltrators (Infiltrator/Adept are my fav classes, Geth/Turian are favorite races), so I find it odd that I've been using the Valkyrie the most, since Retaliation.

Atm, I've been using a little bit of everything for challenges.

Krogan Sentinel or SI. It doesn't seem like I've played either of them that much, but I've completed 200 waves with each of them twice. I rotate pretty heavily though, and none of the others are close to a second completion. I was a little surprised recently when I noticed that, among others, I've never finished 200 waves with either the GI (only 109) or Batsol (136).

Huntress. She'd be used much more often if I didn't have to complete all these waves with other kits for challenges.

She's awesome.

I like to mix it up a lot But Batguard, Kroguard, and Vorchentinel are probably my top 3. Go team bloodpack!

You didnt mean just Retaliation Chars did you ?

To answer your, and others question.

I do not mean only Retaliation Kits.

I mean out of EVERY kit, since retaliation has released, which have used the most.

Like after my Volus Engineer, is my QMi.

Huntress, which is weird, since I suck with infiltrators. I almost led a team to victory in Gold once with her! Well, the host Ninja'd us there... Luckily, I noticed! Now, she is my go-to character.
