The same for me, up until yesterday, when I finally completed all the Alien Mastery challenges. Finally, no more 200 waves of X to complete.
Now? Probably the Turian Soldier, Salarian Infiltrator or Asari Adept. Despite all the fancy new kits, some of which I really do like, those three still remain my favourites.

I think I've been pretty balanced across a lot of classes, but I'd probably give the Huntress or Fuy the nod. It might also be the Paladin. Not really sure. I play whatever I'm in the mood for.
Right now, I am curious about mastering the Valkyrie, but I'll have to wait for the new DLC to pick up the playing time again.
