4. I'm guessing you meant borderline OP kits;

The Turian Ghost Infiltrator is amazing; Stim packs for survivability, Overload for defenses, and his Tactical Cloak augments Assault Rifles instead of Sniper Rifles. The Cerberus Harrier (the most popular AR now) is godly in his hands. Add that to his long distance jet-pack dodge, and you'll rarely die with him.

The Geth Infiltrator is and has always been one of those EZ-mode kits. With the massive buff to single shot sniper rifles like the Javelin, Widow, and Black Widow (not single shot, but bear with me).

Kroguard is still "lolgeth".

The Asari Valkyrie, Asari Huntress, Geth Trooper, Drell Assassin, and if supports your thing, Volus kits (sans the Mercenary Sentinel) are worth mentioning as well.

I never, ever agreed with this. The GI is a very powerful kit, but only if you're a good player. Three shots from just about anything will take him down. "Easy mode" implies a noob kit, and good luck staying on your feet if your'e a noob.

If you forego cyclonics.  Even at cyclonic I, it ends up having more shields than most races with a cyclonic I, and it gets cloak and wall hacks on top of that.

I didn't realize Singularity can now prime armors, thats pretty awesome. I was still playing him the old fashioned way it seems and didn't even think to try whenever I saw a boss. I guess I can live with the radius nerfs, although it still kills me it went from like a 1.25-1.8 (can't remember) to a 2.20ish for cooldown. His BE's are much slower now. I also noticed the drone doesn't aggro like it used to. The Human Engineer was another of my favorite classes. His drone doesn't seem to immediately attack/chase mobs any more which is disappointing. I can see how that ruins the Salarian Engineer too, although since Geth Primes are not a melee class, FBWGG is still viable I assume, not that I enjoy spamming it.

I did notice abominations are quite volatile. First time I encountered one, I was aforementioned Human Adept, and I biotic melee threw him and watched him explode in midair with the force of a missile launcher, it was quite epic. The Collectors seem to a mixture of zerg rush tactics like the Reapers and using cover-guerrilla warfare like Cerberus, which is cool. Do they have any sync kills? I noticed the Praetorian grabbed my Kroguard on two occasions, both of which ended with it getting killed before what I can assume would've been my death. Do any other Collectors have a sync kill?

I have seen the Possessed Scion with cluster grenades, I can already imagine what that must be like on Gold (been warming up on Silver.) Thats good they fixed Cryo/Fire explosions, those classes needed some help.

What are "kits," are those the gear in the lower right slot that aren't removed after one game? And oO Stryfe Oo, thanks for all your input, what makes the Arc Pistol good now? It was hated for a long time iirc.

Scions have a sync-kill too, animation is cool. And yes, they are a pain in the *ss on gold/platinum.

White was redesigned in order to kill Gold farming and Glacier was redesigned too to kill Platinum farming... So now 75% of the platinum games are Rio/Reapers were everyone is camping in the "box of shame"

Kits are characters, simply.

Singularity might be the best biotic move in the game... i've managed to detonate 6 BEs in a span of 5 to 6 seconds. Quite retarded really.

Eagle got buffed, Krysae got nerfed, most crap classes if not all from the past are beast now, banshees, primes and brutes now have headshot bonuses, i think shockwave's reach got buffed, i think Decoy was nerfed, i remember early in the game it being OP.

Ummm what else...

Primes are ****s, voluses are merely support classes, vanguard glitch has been fixed, grenades are the go to power in the game and that's and understatement they're friggin OP with Grenade Capacity, ohhh and Reapers are the easy faction now lol

Decoy still works against the geth but is pretty useless otherwise. The human engineer benefits from the easy explosions. If you forego fitness, you can still have the drone and also prime + detonate with incinerate and overload. Most of the engineers have benefited massively from the new easy to do explosions.

Human infilitrator and many of the base humans didn't chance much. The human soldier's concussive shot got changed. You might want to explore that with cyro ammo if you used the CS soldier a lot.

Has anyone else been noticing a pretty significant uptick in either new players or ones who have been gone for months? Not saying that it's been carrytastic lately but I am about out of Spec-Ops packs something fierce because people don't know how to use emergency rockets.

Praetorians and scions have sync kills...praetorian grabbs and impales you with its beak analogue...and scions is a hulk smash......arc pistol for charged head shots

It took some time to adjust to the new singularity for me as well (I had put a lot of energy into mastering the old HA). She is very, very powerful though, once you get it going - double BEs on atlases or brutes with one singularity > shockwave combo is pretty godlike in this game. I take Wraith or Talon on her, or Hurricane and Acolyte is a pretty standard combo.

FBWGG is... different from what it used to be. If I am correct (I don't honestly know, since I started playing pretty late) then there were two standard setups - one at the top of the ladder, and the farming one behind the desks? both will result in enemies spawning in corridors right behind you now.

By "kits" we usually mean some character - Adept is a class, HA is a kit, does that make sense? As for the arc pistol, it received a headshot multiplier and an increased charge multiplier. Fire it slowly with every shot charged, and it is one of the highest DPS pistols in the game now. Personally I still hate it :pinched: but ah well.

Oh, and:
