Whether or not to pull the trigger and kill Mordin on a Wreav playthroughs.

I ended up doing it, but it was tough, especially since it was a timed interrupt.

Geth vs. Quarians. I actually did not know that I could go for peace, something because I chose to rewrite, and there was no info on the net about it.
Sat there for 20 minutes, then read the net, then some more.. So I did something I do not remember (PTSD maybe?).. and then made peace with paragon choices after that.. That was a ride :)

Geth/Quarian conflict solution missions were the best for me. I am a Talimancer, and also I find the Geth to have gotten the most unjust fate. Almost made me cry when legion showed me "What did we do wrong?" in the consensus..

as a fellow talimancer, i was in the same boat as you. i immidiately stopped when "the geth die" and "upload the code" were my 2 options and began browsing the internet. lol

Original Rachni Queen in ME3.

She was minding her own business, not bothering anyone, It wasn't her fault that the Reapers enslaved her. But the auto-dialogue made me feel like it was supposed to be her fault and that made me unsure about whether or not I wanted to/should save her.

Otherwise it was class and bonus power (especially in 3) selections.

Toughest "choice" was when I was fully roleplaying ME2's story for the first time, and whether I could trust Jack to uphold the biotic barrier during the suicide mission.

Who to send on the Suicide Mission. Just...all of it...

As far as first time experience goes nothing comes close to how intense that mission was with how your squadmates could die if you chose poorly.

"Keep or uninstall ME3" seems a little on the nose, so...

Whether to give Cerberus data to the Shadow Broker

Not that it ended up mattering in the end.

Toughest decision: Should I ignore the lore of ME1 and ME2 in favour of ME3 or the other way around.

Virmire and Council btw.

In one of my playthroughs I didn't get tali to not be exiled from the fleet in ME2.

therefore, I had to make the choice between the geth and quarian. I chose the geth. Not knowing what would happen. In a matter of 1 minute I lost Legion- one of my favorite characters in the entire series and lost a loyal friend in Tali. It was brutal, I felt like Sh!t. I hated myself.....

There has never been another game to ever make me feel that way.

For me, it was the choice on Utukku. Seeing the Rachni queen again, under Reaper control, made me torn about my original choice on letting her go. I was caught between a rock and a hard place. I actually stayed five minutes on the choice contemplating the consequences.

I wish we had more games like Mass Effect, where constant, tough decisions are made.

Difficult choices:
ME1: Balak
ME1&3: Rachni Queen
ME2: Keep collector base or not
Arrival DLC: Toughest to warm batarian population or not.
Most difficult to me with ME3 Ending: 3 choices to the end
Get peace between Geths and Quarians + Save Tali
Risk choises with Grunt in ME3.

Easiest choices:
ME1: Council or save rest: I usually save Council.
ME1: Virmire: It is not difficult for me. When I began my ME1. I always choose who die in Virmire.
ME3: Cure genophage: Paragon: dont kill Mordin and Rene: Kill him ( or dont kill as rene) :P
ME2: Zaeed's loyalty. Paragon save people. Renegade kill zaeed's target and let people to die.

Choosing what visor and armor to wear in ME3. God, I was like a kid in a toy store ... So many options!
