it is called Arlathvhen based on Fenris and Merrill dialogue in Mark of the Assassin.

Tevinter seems like it would be a neat place to visit. If you turn Fenris over to Denarius in DA2 he invites Hawke to take a tour of a place called Arcanist's Hall. That just makes me picture a massive workshop with artisans working away creating enchanted objects, brewing potions, and running all sorts of magical experiments.

Tevinter. I'd reeeaaaalllllllyyyy like to see Tevinter. Orlais only actually interests me because the Chantry is situated there and it's gonna be where the action is at. But if there's a DA4 and the emphasis is on the Qunari (since come on how are they NOT going to try and take advantage of this chaos?) I'd sacrifice like a goat in the name of whoever is in charge to see Tevinter.
