I bought Mass Effect when it first came out years ago. I've upgraded my computer several times in these years (and apparently anytime a component is changed it counts as a new activation) and now when I tried to play the game, I got a message saying I'm out of activations. I have been unsuccessful trying to get the right info on the ea website concerning this so I'm stuck and now have a game I bought that I can no longer play. Any help appreciated to get more activations. Thanks

Bad news. Only EA Help can fix this. You'll need to contact them, and I think live chat is no longer available so it's an email unless you're able to phone from your location.

The SecuROM de-authorization tool may give you back some authorizations to use again.

I have never tried this tool so I can't say if it works or not.
