Best, in no particular order:
Miranda. Two highly trained operatives and kindred spirits, willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Rivalry becomes mutual respect, which becomes attraction.

Ashley. Fellow Alliance officer, relationship is the most real, with ups and downs and differences in opinion on different subjects. Truly showcases true love as a road less traveled.

Liara. The relationship is definitely the most mature, and is more than affection. It seems much more like a partnership, past the "honeymoon days".

FemShep/Kaidan. Same as Ashley. I'd put MaleShep as well but it was not an option until 3, which seems completely out of nowhere and quite forced.

Worst, in no particular order:
Jack. She'a a homicidal psychopath. A few conversations and a makeout session on the bed wouldn't change that. I highly doubt you'd even be able to get that close over the course of one mission.

Jacob. As someone written in ME2 to be a paragon of honor and honesty, suddenly cheating on your girl is pretty damn out of character.

Cortez. Rebound. All I have to say.

Morinth. Death. All I have to say.

Best :Kaidan i love the arc it takes for both FM and MM relationships
Worst : Allers the wooden flirting is just awful the same for Jacob I hate how femshep flirts when I just want to talk!
But yes Kaidan will always be my Mass Effect LI male or female ,but mostly male because I am one! lol

from someone who started it with Liara, from the first to third...once i've first romanced Liara, on the first one...i could never see myself breaking it [with Liara]. there is something mezerizing about Liara. her "being" is just so irresistable

it's as if Liara has this "thing" that just makes me "warm and fuzzy" inside when i first saw her [in the first ME]. as cheap as it sounds, but when i first saw Liara it was "love at first sight"

Miranda - Call me the typical male, but she's attractive, intelligent and independent, what is there not to like...

Worst:

Best to me is Liara, with Miranda coming in at a close second. The title for worst is a close match between Allers and Jacob. I'm leaning more on Allers just because her spot should've been taken by a "veteran" character, like Emily Wong, or even everyone's favorite punching bag Khalisah Bint Sinan Al-Jilani, but Jacobmancers got hosed.

I was pretty happy with Liara story it was definitely the most developed and had the most meat on the bone.
I wish Jack was as equally developed. Abit dissapointed in ME3.
A part of me wishes EDI was an option (I know Joker makes more sense) but it would have been and interesting story for my Shepard.


Also I would drop everything for Samara. I'm even tempted to replay just to get that Citadel scene.
