I'm using IE.

The error I am receiving is the code is not authorized.  I purchased it from EA and the codes were inside the box.

It is the code for the exclusive downloadable items.  Please let me know if there is more info you require.  Thanks in advance.

A lot of people have been having issues. It's a shame because it ruins the initial experience.

I couldn't enter my codes directly from the website. There appeared to be errors when I created my account. I had to start up the game and use the game option that brings up the coupon code page to do it. When I redeemed my codes the format I used was with caps lock on (not sure if that's necessary or not) and with no dashes. I received both successful and error messages after entering the codes. I went back to the game and noticed nothing had happened. It wasn't until I hit the swirly arrow next to my game points total ("available content" tab under "downloadable options") that the downloadable items would actually download.  Hope that helps.

I redeemed everything (with dashes and caps), and got everything working earlier. Could even register my game now. Only problem I have now is the "credit card not verified" issue for buying points. I want my Warden's Keep dammit

I was able to input one code 'successfully' and another I got an error message on another (code not authorized). However when I went to the DLC menu in the game NONE of it was available, even after hitting refresh.

ok. I can't get anything to download and I'm getting a little angry. I paid for and Collector's Edition and all the codes are from in the box. Anyone have any Ideas on a fix for this problem. I have tried everything.

I bought the game for PS3. I can get the Shale content going through the game itself and entering the redeem code, but for the Blood Dragon Armor it says to go online which I did and entered my code. It took, but it said my wallet may need to be refreshed. I'm not sure what to do from here? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I even had a hard time finding the place to enter my code on the site and when I did it said it was invalid. Is there any fix to this? I bought it for my PC

use caps lock and no dashes these things ( - ) it just worked for me thanks guys

I used just lower case and no dashes and that worked also, but now I don't know what to do next after it accepts my code.

go into the game login go to downloadable content and refresh the page ( the revolving arrow ) and that's all

Redeeming the code for the Memory Band is not working for me. I entered it several times last night, in several different ways (Caps, Lowercase, dashes, no dashes, etc.) and the site still said the code was invalid.

I was able to redeem the two rings, however "The Stone Prisoner" didn't go through. It said that the code worked at first, but I can't download the content. Now when I retype the code it says that it is unavailable. So what's the deal? I'm not exactly excited to pay to download content that I should already have.

I was unable to redeem any of it last night, however I went home at lunch time and the process worked like a charm- got 1 item right away, played a bit and went to save and end game and I got an in game message that my content has been downloaded. I looked and yup all Dlc and bonus content have a check mark and there is a new quest

This is ridiculous, I entered all the codes in CAPS, no dashes, and I didnt get a "not valid" message but neither did I get a "sucessful" message. I have started playing the game and dont appear to have any of the content, I dont have a clue if its worked or not. I have went on this website though and all the items are there so where the hell is it on the game.



They have severely botched this up

Yea, I have the same problem mate, when I signed in the EA web, there are 3 items, but when I started the game, logged in and out and in, refresh,...etc. But they doesn't work. I've left the message to the customer support but I got no reply. Can someone official or unoffical help? Thanks a lot.
