Unable to Redeem Codes

I'm using IE.
The error I am receiving is the code is not authorized. I purchased it from EA and the codes were inside the box.
It is the code for the exclusive downloadable items. Please let me know if there is more info you require. Thanks in advance.

thank you so much i have all my stuff now from useing link off game and not listing to thing if it say or not it worked and refeshing it in game its all there tyTeltail wrote...
I couldn't enter my codes directly from the website. There appeared to be errors when I created my account. I had to start up the game and use the game option that brings up the coupon code page to do it. When I redeemed my codes the format I used was with caps lock on (not sure if that's necessary or not) and with no dashes. I received both successful and error messages after entering the codes. I went back to the game and noticed nothing had happened. It wasn't until I hit the swirly arrow next to my game points total ("available content" tab under "downloadable options") that the downloadable items would actually download. Hope that helps.

I used just lower case and no dashes and that worked also, but now I don't know what to do next after it accepts my code.sithlordjace wrote...
I even had a hard time finding the place to enter my code on the site and when I did it said it was invalid. Is there any fix to this? I bought it for my PC

Yea, I have the same problem mate, when I signed in the EA web, there are 3 items, but when I started the game, logged in and out and in, refresh,...etc. But they doesn't work. I've left the message to the customer support but I got no reply. Can someone official or unoffical help? Thanks a lot.
