I'll just say this. My least favorite in the entire series is Anders.
But that's because it feels really big and dramatic... while at the same time not being. He's a wannabe revolutionary. We should be all kinds of idealistic and then die on the steps of the Gallows together for the cause.
...I'm weird like that.

Zevran. They wanted him to be like Spike from BtVS, but he was just so void of any personality and had the weirdest Antonio Banderez accent that I just couldn't..
And while Liliana is cute, she was sort of a pest too, unfortunately.

Fenris (Why do much hate? Sure he's a bit emo, but I don't know, I think it sort of fits with the character of a torchured elven slave, right?)
Merill was so cute. I loved her.
Why couldn't I romance Varric anyway!? I liked him so much!
And I didn't hate Anders I guess.
Least Favorites:
I know it's not popular, but I disliked Isabella. She seemed like she was trying to be a Morrigan type character and failed dismally.
I guess I'm the minority because I didn't think DA:2 was terrible for romance choices. I loved DA;O romances MUCH more, but the options and quality of the LI's in DA:2 weren't horrible.

DAO: Alistair easily, corny, sweet at the end bittersweet.
Worst: Zevran. Just...nope. Don't like it. I can't even really play a character that'd let him live.

I prefer to play only female characters, though men and women are both fair game as love interests.
In DA:O, my favorite romance is Leliana, followed by Zevran. Leliana is kind, but if she's hardened, she also loves a life of adventure. I like to imagine her and my Warden adventuring together across Thedas. I always get the feeling that Leliana prefers women. Zevran is dangerous, flirtacious, but honest. I think that's refreshing about him. He isn't overly brooding. He just wants to be accepted for what he's done.
My least favorite romance in DA:O is Alistair. He isn't bad to talk to as a friend, but his humor grates on me after a while, and since I prefer to play non-human Wardens, there's no option to have a happy ending with him (my characters have too much pride to be a secret mistress).
In DA2, I play as a mage who believes that all people, not just mages, should be free. Unfortunately, Anders creeps me out and acts like a judgmental jerk most of the time. I think he's interesting as a character, but I don't prefer him as a love interest, so he's my least favorite. Fenris is attractive and I've considered pursuing a Friendship romance even with a mage Hawke, but I just don't think he and my mage Hawke would be compatible in the long run. Romancing him feels more like fixing a broken person. To that end, I think Hawke is more useful to him as a friend. Man, he is gorgeous though, and his story is very touching.
Isabela and Merrill are my favorite love interests, so I tend to play a lesbian or bi Hawke. Isabela loves freedom and fun, and she and my Hawke could sail away together. The dashing pirate captain and the Champion would be a legendary pair.
Currently, Merrill is the love interest I enjoy the most. She's compatible with my mage Hawke, who learns to be more open-minded to the kind of magic that Merrill does. Merrill is wise, passionate, and loyal. I can only pursue the Friendship romance, though. I don't like how the Rivalry romance makes Merrill basically hate herself.
