Right so considering how much focus BioWare has put into all these -imo- horrible multi-player features, I just wanted to make sure that my opinion was here on the forums.

I have previously voiced my concern about BioWare's decision to devote so much effort into developing these multi-player features, and I did get a good amount of responses from other players who felt the same way, which I was very happy about.
Recently I came across a news article stating that BioWare has announced their plans to create another Mass Effect game and this is what drove me here.
I wasn't sure whether or not we would see a new ME game, but I'm happy that we will. However, I must say... Dear BioWare, could you PLEASE stop all the multi-player stuff? Or atleast limit it, because okay lets be fair, I know that there are in fact people who enjoy that feature and that's fine with me. But I really don't like it. I play ME and other BioWare games, for the fantastic stories, the intense thrill of the adventure, character development etc. I want those things back. Look at ME1 and ME2, then look at DA1. THOSE games were AMAZING. I believe that you guys at BioWare need to go back to your "roots", keep the fantastic stories, epic cutscenes and inspirational companions.
And another thing - I remember seeing somewhere, some time ago that an employee from BioWare said that BW were going to look closely at Skyrim in order to draw some of Skyrim's elements into BW's coming releases. Now with all due respect for Skyrim and its players, I didn't like it. It was too open, not enough story, not enough cutscenes and dialogues. The Dialogues are extremely important. Dialogues as in with choice A, B, C, D, E and so on, not just some chat-bubbles above a talking NPC.

So please BioWare. Look back at your greatest creations and find the perfect formula again. Even though change is needed, sometimes it happens too fast or perhaps the wrong things get changed.

*None of this is written with the intent to insult or offend anyone. I am simply stating what I personally like in RPGs.*
*I know that this post is misplaced, but for some reason I cannot create any new topics on the ME3 forums even though I own the game on this account - If an admin could sort it out that would be great*

Bioware doesn't concern itself with these forums. Especially not "older" ones, the older, the lesser level of concern. Right now, the only one that any of them not directly involved in administering community matters might read is the DA-3 forum. You can try addressing the creative department about your concerns by sending a PM to Chris Priestly (who has been known to read some of the messages) and asking hm if he will please forward it.

Looking at your Avatar, you can't post in ME-3 because you don't have your member profile up to date. You only have DA: O and DA-2, plus ME-2, as your profile-linked games.

I have ~50 hrs logged in ME3 single player and over 850 in multiplayer.

There is no doubt in my mind Bioware will have some kind of multiplayer in the next game due to its great success.

If there was one thing I want differently in ME4 it's for it to be released on Steam. But that's more EA territory.

That is exactly why I play Mass Effect. Multiplayer - meh.

I could do without multiplayer... haven't bought ME3 yet, still waiting for a dip in price. I would like them to go back their roots with more planetary exploration, that's what made the galaxy seem big, not text prompts when chugging along solar system models or fracking probes.

It was nine bucks on Origin on the weekend. It's usual price is $19.99, how cheap can it be? (Of course to get all the DLC you're looking at $100 total with the $19.99 price tag)
