 I don't know why i thought this up, but the idea of Shepard surviving and escaping the hospital without detection to live out a quiet secluded life with their romance kept me entertained for awhile recently and i got to thinking if he had kids with Jack, (my version of him), he'd probably name the three of them after Ranks. Commander Shepard Jr, Captain Shepard, and Admiral Shepard. They'd have middle names that were normal like Jake and Jessica and so on but their first names would be the ranks listed lol.

My femshep would have twin girls naming them after her and Samantha
Elizabeth Nancy and Samantha

her third child would be named after Dr.Chadwas. Karin.

My Shepard is a male/colonist background, LI is Ashley.

Sons would be: Kaidan, David, Rex
Daughters would be: Talitha, Hannah, Karen


I do like your idea though, my (joking) headcanon is that Commander is Shepard's actual first name

Mordin Shepard-Zorah vas Rannoch
Legion Shepard-Zorah vas Rannoch
Anderson Rael Shepard-Zorah vas Rannoch

Girls would probably get Mordin/Legion names, but get one more girl name, e.g.:
Kaileigh Mordin Shepard-Zorah vas Rannoch

Maybe one after Tali's mother if she finds it suitable.

Also, worth mentioning: No space magic required, I have no problem with adopted kids. Other thing though is that usually only babies for adoption have no names given yet.

My Shepard was with Liara, so its hard to say. They'd all have Asari names, and of course we don't know much about Asari naming conventions.

Maybe one of them should be named Benezia.

Well I'd have to adopt Quarian children, which would be cool.

But one of them would be named after Kal'Reegar, so Kal'Zorah. The others i'm not sure of. Maybe after Thane and Mordin, maybe traditional quarian names.

My FemShep would probably name them Zaeed, Mordin and Jack. They'd most likely be adopted, different races as well.

Just saying, it had to be done sooner or later. Might as well be me, someone less might  get it wrong.

Probalbly I would use the old ME3 MP trick, 1,2,3 and so on. Or something like Maddiegel, Michael Bayotics and the 3rd on after Gabe Newell.

Anyway, my Shepard romanced  Kaiden, but he got pissy at her in the second game, so she went with Jacob, and, well... yeah... And Kaiden died during the Citadel thing, since she was too mad to buy him a beer, soo...
