I've read on a few posts in this forum (and have seen it myself in game), that Tech Armor and Fortification now match what they are in multiplayer.

Are these just typos in the SP, in-game descriptions, or have these changes actually been confirmed and/or tested?

capn233 performed some tests here: social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/347/index/15764401/1#15779156. It appears that these are not typos but that they actually did receive the balance changes.

No word from development whether this was intentional or accidental.

I PM'd one of the devs about it but haven't heard back. I am sure they get a bazillion PMs about things so who knows if I will get an answer back.
