If you look up a few posts, the original reference does make sense. 

I was suggesting that Twinkles' voice made her as charismatic as Sun Moon, founder of the Unification Church (they used to do Mass Weddings, and actually are world-wide.)

The Kool-Aid reference was a different cult that commited mass suicide in Canada in the eighties, and I think there was a related one in the States in the seventies.

As always, explaining a joke is like dissecting a frog. You learn something, but it dies in the process.

It happens to my jokes a lot.

I only ever get kicked when im doing really well. 15+ revives, double the score of the next person etc and then I get grief. Playing with a weaker character ie volus for the banners and dont play any where near godly?..People seem to like me. Bottom line, people are selfish, competitive idiots lol.

Sounds very probable. Have done the same before, which when we did it I said to myself "ohhhhhhh, so THIS might've happened to ME in the past." Though one of them should've warned you at least, as a courtesy. Ah well.

Shrug it off, though it is kinda hard not to take it personal.

i came in 2nd and got kicked out of the lobby after extraction...Full extraction (i.e. everyone came out ahead creditwise). I spawn in another lobby and get kicked instantaneously.

The particle rifle is another of the weapons that can cause people to not enjoy the game, much like a flamer. Perhaps that was it? (Not your fault for using it just the fact that the beam can be a distraction.)

eh, I only kick if the person is woefully under leveled/under geared for the lobby dif or if we need room for a buddy, but then ill drop to game channel and ask them if they wouldn't mind. Never had a bad reaction.

I have been kicked twice. On one game I carried the people, constantly put up my asari bubble for added damage and protection (on of the guys on the mic kept on asking what it was). And one one them said their "E just kicked in" They kicked me after that match. Kinda glad they did.

The other time I was putting equipment on and they kicked me for unknown reasons. Both times I was like "whatever"

I don't understand when good players are kicked. Please outscore me. It makes the game easier.

In PUGs, there is always a chance that you will be kicked. Making room for a friend etc....heck I got kicked today because I entered the lobby with a geth trooper. Flamer can be annoying....no big deal. Just joined another game.
