Looks like we finally have our chance to include our own design sensibilites into a multiplayer banner. Discuss.

PS: I wouldn't recommend posting images of your work in progress, as art ripping does happen on the internet.

We will likely post the winners, but not their GT etc. Just their names like we normally do.

I am happy to see this contest see the light of day, I had proposed it after investigating the femshep banner.

I read through the contest rules, but I'm still not sure; are we allowed to add original content to official Mass Effect 3 screenshots for a banner?

Will it lead to new challenges or the awarded banner will become alternate versions of the original ones (ie like femshep banner for the BotB challenge) ?

Or are we allowed to upload other "Banners" (Our own photos.)

Only alternatives for the existing 26 challenges (not including weekend challenges)

Eligibility: Mass Effect 3 Community Art Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada (excluding Quebec), Chile, China, including Taiwan, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom and the United States (including the District of Colombia) who are at least as old as the minimum age of majority in the jurisdiction from which they enter the Contest.

What is the justification for choosing only these countries and ignore all Mass Effect fans who live in other countries? Why not Brazil, Ukraine, India, Bangladesh ... or whatever?

 What an awesome contest!  I am a bit unclear on this though:

Entries must (i) incorporate only the Sponsor-provided game images as instructed herein and/or on www.masseffect.com/images, if any, (the “Contest Assets”) and/or (ii) the entrant’s own originally created artwork (“Original Creations”). 

Does this include screenshots we have taken? How about brushes/textures and other stuff that we either own or aren't under copyright? I am so bad with the legal mumbo-jumbo.
