It all depends on the number of entries, I hope we can get them announced/up on the 1st but I think the 5th might be more resonable

You can send as many as you want. If you send more than one someone will pre-judge and pick which one they will send to the judging stage.

Although we will do this I highly recommend you make that choice for yourself. If we have a lot of people sending in multiple banners it is a lot of time spent on unrelated contest material. Which may very well lead to the automatic disqualification if it becomes to cumbersome.

I also totally got the timezone translation wrong too - thought I had 'til 11PM and was dismayed to find that it was 1PM >>;  *rush rush rush*
