Don't speak French so I've no idea what the message is but you may be in the wrong place, mate. This is just a social forum and the only help around is what players can offer each other. You usually need to contact EA support for things involving keys and downloading.

There no longer is any Gamer to Gamer (tech-type) self-help for any Mass Effect game on Social here.  That forum (all three) is now locked (just commenting that for this OP's benefit now).

Scroll down and look for Bioware Game Support, and go from there (bottom of every page).

(With credit for the original to EA's Eve)

You will need to contact an EA Game Advisor.

To do so:

        Go to https://help.ea.com/

Log in with your Origin account.

        Click on "Contact us"

On the next page select the game you wish help with and click on Go.

Chose the appropriate options in the drop down menu for "Product", "Category", and "Platform".

Select the available Contact method of your choice.

Jeez, man, I said *help*, not tech support. I know the old tech support boards are locked and I've probably said it nearly as often as you.... I think more than once in the same topic as you. But how you get past a part of the game you're struggling with and how to get the best out of a build and all kinds of stuff like that is players helping each other and is still being discussed round here. For that matter there's no law against asking for tech support here. It's just that it makes as much sense as trying to order rare steak in a vegetarian restaurant.

I think there was a crossover. But none of what I wrote was *to* you at all, before or after the parenthetical.
