I am having trouble clearing out the screenshots on my profile. I used the tactics above and have been able to eliminate my duplicate characters as well as a few old test characters that I created to go through the different Origins. I noticed that my screenshots were contributing to my 100 file limit, so I deleted all the screenshots on my profile and then toggled the option in game to stop uploading them. Unfortunately, even though my "Manage Screenshots" button shows nothing, when I go to "Profile Diagnostics" I still see 79 screenshots and total files of 86. There are three characters included, with 4, 2, and 1 file, so I know this 86 is including screenshots. I deleted them 48 hours ago. I was hoping it was a refresh error, but it seems to be taking a very long time, especially since the characters themselves have been updating in the interim.

I am having this problem as well, only it's been months since I deleted the screenshots and there are still 60 screenshots registering on my profile diagnostics page. I have created a thread for my problem here.

I have this problem too, 2+ weeks ago I delete all screenshots but site and game tell that i have 57 in storage

I am experiencing this as well. As of about 3 weeks ago, I have been unable to get my Portrait Image, Avatar Image, or Story XML uploaded (errors 1004, 1002, and 1003). I also deleted all of my screenshots in my uploaded character data (it was 22) and it still says I have 22 screenshots uploaded.



Also it is showing that I have 3 characters in my profile that I don't even have in my saved games, and those are taking up room. This is retarded. I don't remember what race/origin those characters were and I don't feel like attempting 6 different save/deletes at the risk of just creating more Storage Space issues...

What can you do if you had the game installed ages ago..formatted your system and are now replaying the game..

It seems to ignore my new characters and I can't get rid of my old ones..

Simple question: how do you delete DA2 characters from your profile? I see no delete button.

I too would like to know how to remove DA2 characters, like karahasan said, I see no delete option. Any one found a way to do this?

I too was hoping for a way to delete an unwanted character but I guess there is no such luck right now.

I've passed this on to the web programmers so hopefully it will be addressed at some point.

(update: They are already aware and have assured me that it will be implemented at some point in the future - no ETA at present though)

Just wanted to add that this method worked for me perfectly. Had all my characters deleted within 15 minutes.

We have just added the ability to delete files directly from the Dragon Age: Origins online storage servers. I recommend deleting from your player profile pages first. If the files still show up for that character/screenshot then use the delete feature on the profile diagnostic page.

I found how to get my da2 character and yes.. it shows alot of old characters that I do not have in my computer, trying to do what the OP recomend is not possible for me, it won't allow me, the only place I can remove characters is in DAO profiles.
