I recently bought NWN2 Complete from GOG.com. Everything works fine except for the subraces. I have searched around for possible fixes such as a replacement dialog.tlk but no solution has worked. Thoughts?

They were supposed to have fixed that. GOG originally shipped it with the wrong 2DAs. Do you have the latest update? I don't know how recently you bought it or downloaded it, but they've made some very recent updates. If not, there's a post in their forum with a link to the correct 2DAs.
