I just bought dragon age origin the ultimate edition and I tried to input the code for it but I keep getting the code is not regonized. I also tried to contact EA for help but everytime I tried to login, it keeps saying the service is unavailable. Some one help please, thank you

Can you login to your BSN account? If you can, then go to:

and you can register to get these free promo items.
But Blood Dragon armor is not one of them...
Again if you can login to BSN, check your registered game content and perhaps the armor is there.

By the way, because (a bit of a spoiler here but...) the armor is heavy so you can't use it until later in the game
