I have had the game for a while now (since November) and up until this
point I hadn't tried to register it in Bioware Social, because my
profile seemed to update anyway. However, now that I finally tried
doing it, it keeps saying the code is not valid. I checked the code up
to 10 times already and it is all correct. What may I be doing wrong?

As mentioned in your other thread:
Did you follow those instructions exactly?
Since you now posted here, where it should be, I'll lock up your other thread.
To register this game, please enter the UPC code as present on the outside of the box. It should look like 123456789012. (you do not need to include any dashes when entering the UPC).

Yes i already tried with and without dashes and it didn't work either way. I don't know what's wrong. Just to be sure, the code we have to use is the one with only numbers, and below the barcode, correct?
Oh, and thank you for locking up my other thread. It was my first post in the forums, so I was not sure where to ask...

Yes, but it should be all 12 digits. Is that what you are using or are you only using 10?

12 or 13 depending on your location. The key is that it is all numbers, not just the ones under the bars.

Well there is a part above the bars which has both numbers and letters and a part below with only numbers (13 digits). I introduced the part below the bars and it says the code is not valid.

On my box it was a ten digit number with two zeros ,one on either end of the ten digit number, making it twelve, altogether, does yours have two zeros like that, and did you include them? I also got the "code is invalid" message until I included them. The thing is, the two zeros are placed a little bit from the other nummbers, and it's not readily apparent that they are included.

In my case those numbers are not zeros, but a 5 and a 6. Yes I have included them in the code and it still says it is invalid.
