Okay, show me a  rare weapon with which I could get similar or better time on turian soldier.

there are only 2 rares capable of such thing and it's because one is a claymore and the other a raider, exceptions, but even with those 2 can be more problematic, I must remember you, i used 2 launchers on a objective wave before the objective finished, they didn't have nothing to do with time, the time I got was purely for my guns.

On a serious note: it's average at best. Harrier, PPR, Hurricane, CSMG, Typhoon, Piranha or Raider can do much better job. Even if you can land a headshot every time you aim at something, it still greatly outperformed by these guns. The only reason to use it on some kit - personal preferences. Other than that it's not worth it. Some good player soloing with doesn't make it any better. Besides, I see at least 25 kills with Pistol, which I presume was Acolyte or Scorpion against Phantoms. So, it's not "saber only" solo. 

I'm not the kind of player who need an acolyte or scorpion to deal with phantoms , that said, the other weapon was Phalanx.

Also, Saber outperformed by PPR, CSMG? , well, at least not if we are using them on a turian soldier.

PPR and CSMG can't take all the advantages from marksman, actually, with them you are wasting all the potential of marksman because you have to be more careful with the ammo, and in a solo, stop firing sometimes means be death.

I tested both on Tsol before, they are not as good as Saber on turian soldier.

And saber is better than CSMG even on other kits.

I'm a big fan of the Saber. One of my favorite kits is the Justicar with headshot bonus and Targeting VI. Reave to stagger, then headshots. Bubble for bosses, then reave, headshots, backup let them enter the bubble, then reave and more headshots.

I liked the Saber on my Kroguard, but that's just me probably. I have a low-level Saber so it's crazy heavy and I have a hard time finding kits I feel like the weight is justified on, but I understand once you max it the weight isn't nearly as bad.

Saber is great on any kit with Overload as well. Obviously syncs with the TGI perfectly, TSent is great (30% headshot bonus ftw), Geth Engineer gets an RoF bonus from Hunter Mode. I've been using it primarily on the Human Engineer lately, although this setup struggles noticeably to keep up with high DPS kits in the late waves in Reaper and Collector games.

I scope my Sabre for the cross-the-map headshots, and I have NO regrets!

Even without scope ( i don't use scopes they mess up my aim ) the accuracy is pretty good.

Saber is good. People who say it's not, really don't prioritise headshots. You get what you put in with that gun. A Harrier with marksman will shred most things in front of it, simply with hipfire due to the RoF, stability, accuracy and headshot bonus. Saber will not perform as well just spraying.

I haven't seen another weapon outside a SR that can kill a pyro in 4 shots at the same range as a Saber.

I haven't tried it with the Thermal scope, I may though. It'd be the only AR I'd consider using it on. I usually go with an EB and Extended clip.
