saying my premium content is unauthorized in the downloaded section and won't let me load the saved games but using same account that i put them on and it worked last night.

I am having the same problem - I installed windows on a new PC and copied the Dokuments (and savegames) to the new disk. Now I am not allowed to play anymore

same problem. got all the d/l content and plaied a toon to 11th level. saved game and went back to it later. now i cant load my saved game. saies i need to log in, but its not LOGGING IN! BioWare really screwed us on this right now.

I have the same problem...I made contact with Live Chat with an EA Agent, but she cant tell me what to do (after 15 min), than she told me, she will send forward this problem to their senior members, to find a solution. It was two days ago...no one made contact with me.

same deal for me....have all the DLC`s...all unautorized when i started the game today...

My profile says now that i`m lvl. 18,BEFORE i installed the DLC`s....but i have played up to lvl. 20 about 2-3 days ago AFTER i installed the DLC`s....and now they are all unautorized except the 2 ring contents....

Same problem here, maybe about one time in three. Also started seeing a new error on load today, "unable to load module", though that usually goes away when I try to load a second time.

Same problem here. Haven't logged in for a few days and when I did today I can't use any of my save files because of my premium content. Sounds like there servers that authenticate premium content are broken and denying everyone. Freaking rediculous.

It won't load for me either, and it shows me as a lvl 12 even though im lvl 20

Same issue here! BioWare realy have to fix this, or they will lose alot of customers!

Run services.msc from the run command then find the dragon age downloader/updater and force start it. Now I can load my saved games!!! try it

I have run services.msc etc but it is still not working. Funny thing is, I have installed the stone prisoner and blood armour DLC's,but it says that they are unauthorised. So I have not actually got the content available in any of my saves. It just suddenly started telling me I cant load my saves as I need to log in with the account with premium content. It's so frustrating! What is the point in paying money for something that disables my saves and stops me playing my game.

This solved my problems! I got this issue after installing the "awakening" expansion and the 1.04 update... Odd it is...

i feel seriously stupid and i hope this applies to none of you but the reason mine didn't work was because i have the steam version and steam gives you two copies of the game ones the cd version the other is the standard. Anyway I bought my content on standard but when the game launched today it picked the cd version, to make a long story short hope this helps
